Delivery Information

Trewscots is a small company without a nightshift or a massive warehouse full of scurrying robots. We work a standard working week.

All Trewscot products are despatched by either courier or for small items - including Baby Braveheart packages - by First Class Royal Mail. Neither is foolproof but their reliability with us is near 100%. We have had parcels go missing but that was during December and I'm sure Santa swiped them for his sack !

We aim to despatch within a few days of your order arriving at Tartaneering HQ depending on time of year, product availability, how much backlog we have etc.

Approximate package sizes, where required are beside the product details. Please ensure they will fit your letterbox or your butler can handle them safely.
